  • Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Follow all instructions provided by our staff, both before and during the escape room experience.
  • You may not use the services to cause harm, harassment, or any other illegal activity that violates local laws or the rights of others.

4. Reservations & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • A valid credit/debit card is required for booking a session.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once you have made a booking, the price is locked for that session.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may receive a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may incur a cancellation fee, and no refund will be issued unless otherwise stated.
  • In case of no-show or late arrivals, the session will be forfeited with no refund or rescheduling options.

  • You must follow all safety guidelines provided by Engame Escapes and its staff.
  • You are required to inform us in advance of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to fully participate in the escape room experience.
  • Engame Escapes reserves the right to deny entry or participation if the safety of any individual or group is compromised.

7. Code of Conduct

  • We expect all guests to conduct themselves in a respectful and friendly manner during their experience.
  • Disruptive behavior, vandalism, violence, or harassment will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.
  • Any damage to the escape room property or equipment will result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.

  • All content on our website, promotional materials, and in our escape rooms are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without the prior written permission of Engame Escapes.
